A lot of our customers are outside of California, or the areas where our offices are located. We completely design their sites by corresponding via the telephone or video conferencing and send information via fax, e-mail, regular mail, the Internet, Federal Express or UPS. |

DURING THE MEETING We familiarize you with our company. We answer questions regarding our qualifications. We give you all of our contact information. We walk you through and show you different types of Websites that we have designed on the Internet. We discuss and identify your ideas, wants and needs for your place on the Internet. We talk about your business needs and goals, and identify what look, feel, marketing strategy and promotion will work best for you.

WE LEAVE YOU WITH "HOMEWORK" (You knew that it couldn't be TOO EASY!) We set up a meeting for you with your personal Web Designer for the next working day or we setup a time for you to speak over the telephone. We go over you needs and we choose a designer that would best fit your site design requirements. If we are meeting in person we shake your hand and we leave. It's that easy...

THE NEXT DAY (Or sometimes the same day) you receive a call from your Web Designer. He or She introduces themselves. They then go over with you the information and things we will need from before preparing your Web Site Proposal /Cost Estimate. They give you information so you can make a decision on an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and assist you with choosing and registering your Domain name. These two steps are most importantly the first two steps. Your selection of ISP can ultimately determine some very important cost savings for you, and it is important to secure the domain name of your choosing. After this is completed the web designer will await to receive your "Homework" papers.

ONCE THE WEBDESIGNER Receives all the important information from you he/she will prepare your bid. You will read over your detailed bid from 310 Web Design Studio. After you agree to the price and terms, you will sign it and send it back to the address printed on your proposal. Once it, and a deposit, are received, your designer will get busy designing your site.

YOU WILL BE ABBLE To view the work as it is performed via the Internet. Your web designer will tell you how to access this information and you can look at it, and review it as often and whenever you like. You will correspond back and forth with your Web Designer, indicating what you like, what you don't, what you would like changed, and other important matters concerning what YOU want done. You are our most valued customer, and we want you to be extremely happy with our work!

| ONCE THE WEBSITE Is completed (in a very timely fashion - to your surprise) to your satisfaction, your Web Designer will publish it up to the Internet for all to access. |

YOU WILL THEN RECEIVING Some more "Homework." This is information that we need you to supply so that we can get you active with all the Internet Browsers, with Google being the best one by far. For very little in terms of an investment, they should seriously consider Lycos, FAST, HotBot, Inktomi, AskJeeves, and Teoma. If you really have a very saleable product or service then you could consider Yahoo.
